Located in heart of Brighton's up and coming neighbourhood London Road, Café Rust prides itself on serving fresh local produce to the community.
Café Rust swung open its beautiful hand-carved wooden doors in January 2015. Since then, esteemed chef Andy Freedman has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
The café's stylish rustic interior reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area whilst retaining it's own sense of identity perfectly.
Already a firm favourite with Brightonians and visitors alike, Café Rust is fast becoming one of city's culinary hidden gems.

Whether you're grabbing a takeout, or looking to enjoy a relaxing coffee with friends, pop in and see us.
At Café Rust we serve ethical, independent Brighton coffee Red Roaster. We believe that coffee farmers should be able to make a decent living from growing coffee and that their workers are treated fairly. This is why we proudly serve Red Roaster. Come and give it a try!
Descend down the stone steps and you'll discover our secret cellar. A cosy, cavernous private event space, perfectly suited to intimate gatherings with friends and family.
The Cellar fits 30 seated and 60 standing comfortably. For larger events, we also hire out both upstairs and downstairs spaces together.
We are very flexible so call us on 01273 253 382 or pop in to chat through your party requirements and we'll do our best to cater to your needs.
We have recently starting hosting pop up kitchens and our latest series with MasterChef The Professionals runner up Sven Hanson Britt of The Ritz was a complete sell out!
In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, Sven and his team served up stunning seasonal menus devised to awaken your palette with a few surprises along the way.
